Looking for any tips and help given.
Hello,
So ill jump right in
I am 6" 163.4lbs 13.1% BF ive been training for 2 years, ive done one winny only cycle last year and this year ive started a anavar /winny/ripped freak (phara freak) cycle.
i currently do one body part a day IE legs, biceps, triceps, back, shoulders, chest. i do 4 sets with 8-10 reps each except for legs where i do 5 sets of 10.
I also do 20-25 mins of cardio a day with my heart heart at the highest it should be (164)
i also work on my core every day doing 8 sets of 20 different exercises
as well i do wide stance pull ups 2-3sets 10 reps every day
my current dumbbell weights are as follows:
Bicep curl: 35-40lbs
Hammer curl: 35lbs
for seated bench skull crushers i do 70-75lbs
bench press 65lbs
incline bench press 50-55lbs
decline bench press 50-55lbs
back flys 30lbs
side shoulder raises 25-30lbs
front shoulder raises 25-30lbs
Those are the dumbbell weights i do and pretty much my whole workout for the most part, given it varries from day to day slightly.
I do not eat fast food, and try to limit any processed food to as little or none as i can. i try as well to keep a lower carb diets, though not too low because i spend so much energy.
Any adivce or knowledge on anything i have missed or should know would be greatly appreciated.
oh and my first cycle was a 6 week 25/mg a day cycle of winstrol .
This cycle is 17/mg of winny, 50/mg of anavar, and the 2 ripped freak caps a day. the winny will only be for the first 2 weeks and the cycle will only be 5 weeks long as anavar is veryyyyy pricey D: as im sure many of you know.
Thanks and please, if your gonna hate just keep it to urself. this is whats happening and im doing i just want to do the best possible job i can and not waste any of this. Thank you for not trolling.

At 19 you are too young to use AAS. You are risking irreversible damage to your body. Read marcus300's arricle titled "the young and steroids " in the stickies section. Do yourself a favour dont ignore this advice.

Wow, everything about your post/stats are so unimpressive.
19 yrs old = to young by far
6" 163.4lbs = POOR diet, no need for aas, you need FOOD
my current dumbbell weights are as follows:
Bicep curl: 35-40lbs
etc etc etc
You need several more years of NATURAL training.
You are skinny because you dont know how and what to eat or when to eat it.
You arent strong because (read above) you are under weight and lack of proper training.
Using aas will do you a lot more harm at this stage than good
