looking for suggestions on a cutting cycle or at least lean
Jus looking for some suggestions on next cycle...def want to get cut or lean out more im 5'10 230 lbs 20% bf always been a bigger guy have lost alot of weight but wondering if sust 250 and and either deca , tren , or winny. I also got some EQ but not sure if i should include it or not? Any suggestions thanks

Im 25 this is my 5th cycle
i was laid up for 6 months coming off knee surgery so ive put on some lbs. Ive used sust an test e for bases on all previous cycles. 2 were jus str8 test and other 3 stacks.

Do you have your diet and training back on track since your knee injury?

I wouldnt go straight to a cycle after not training due to surgery. TRight now you should focus on diet and training and could easily cut weight

No im not going right into a cycle. I have been back in the gym for about 6-8 months. I have been back at 100% for last 4. Also i always kept doing anything upper body w/o strain on knee when i was laid up. So i wasnt able to do my normal cardio etc...

As cliche as it is, it's really true: diet and cardio dictate your cutting, not compounds used.
I've leaned up to 8%bf with prop/drol cycle
