Is there such a thing as a good steroid to bridge with?
So I have read that you can use var or dbol as a bridge since they supposedly don't shut you down very hard but then you see tons of people saying that is broscience or bullshit. Is there any steroid that is good for bridging or is bridging just a bad idea thought up by people who want to be on gear all the time? There seems to be a lot of different opinions on this so I am interested what the vets think.

nope, ur either on or ur off. var and dbol can shut u down and probably will. even at a low dose. ppl used to use briding but now the way is called blasting and cruising.were u run ur cycle and instead of coming off u run a low dose of say 200 test a week for a few weeks then run another cycle. doing this can cause ur natural test to be damaged for life and u may need to go on trt for life if u decide to go down this road. this road also comes along with many other dangers. not smart to do unless u are older or know u arnt just in a faze where u wanna be "buff"

agree. when off cycle, come completely off, with a full pct. during pct, you are "rebooting" your hormone system trying to get back into "normal" mode, with full test production. Bridging as you suggest, confuses the shit out of your body, and causes it to delay normal test production, which is NOT a good thing.

No. That's bs. Dbol and var cause shut down. Ive read those theories also but they are trying to go by % of shut down by taking a small dose first thing in the morning. First 10mg of dbol isn't doing anything for you. Second you can't measure % of hpta suppression because it will be different for every person and will depend on a number of factors
If you want to use something to help while you are off, ostarine, peptides, gh. Ostarine actually works fairly well at 25-30mg a day. It's not as good as AAS but it's not bad and actually works. There is some different thoughts on it causing suppression but I personally don't believe there is. I know several guys who use it in pct, recover well, and get bloods after.
Igf DES or Lr3 is very good in pct and after. It seems to help with keeping gains. I don't like that statement but it does help, but you should load up on bcaa's, protien, glutamine, and possible creatine because igf has some insulin like properties, and should help shuttle these nutrients. Honestly some guys seem to mentally do better simply because they are pinning something.
DES used pre workout, using the same nutrients, will give you a really good pump that you typically can lose in pct and after.
Ghrp/ghrh is another good addition. These will cause a spike or pulse of gh, which can aid in recovery and raise igf levels as well. It has many benefits. It would be better to start using these before or during the cycle and continue thru pct and after. They are better when used for long periods of time.
Creatine is a good addition to pct if you are just trying to maintain weight and strength.
These are the options that I use, or have used, except ostarine in pct, but they are decent options and not suppressive. Stay away from AAS when you are off.

I figured it wasnt a good idea. I was thinking about using creatine and a natural test booster from GNC. Anything I should consider while taking these during PCT? Should I start using these right when I start taking the nolva/clomid or before/after?

Razr offered a suggestion in another thread which I found to be beneficial, theoretically speaking. He suggested using 1,000 to 2,000 mg of tribulus terrestris every day to encourage natural test production at the gonads.
