with out mg's its hard to help. 1cc isnt a dose its a measure of volume. so test and deca comes in all kinds of mg's per ml.
what is your bf%?
and that is to many things for a first cycle.
Do you have and ai and pct on hand?If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Welcome to the board mate
I'm thinking that's 250mg/ml?
If so, then that's 500mg/wk of test. Do you know what type (esther?)? is it cypionate ? enanthate ? propitionate? a standard duration is 12 weeks for the longer acting esthers, like c and e.
I'd drop the deca and dbol . Why? as a first cycle, it should be test only. find out what that does to your body, and get comfortable with it. Using a scientific approach, with each additional cycle, at most, only add one unknown compound into the mix. that way if you get a reaction, or if something goes wrong, you will know through the process of elimination that it must be the new compound you just added, and you can dro[p that one with confidence. Two unknowns at the same time, and if something goes wrong, you are only guessing which one it is.
About the body fat. between 15 and 20% is a big range. I'd suggest investing the $20 in some body fat calipers. Why? at 20%, you are not ready for aas. too much BF% and you run the risk of feminine side effects (gyno, etc.). Ideally, you want your bf% to be as low as possible before starting a cycle.
Additionally, your bf% tells me your diet could use some work before you start a cycle. I'd suggest going to the nutrition section and posting up your diet, complete with TDEE, macros per meal and total macros for the day. I'm willing to bet $10 that there is going to be plenty of room for improvement in this area alone. the reason diet is so important, becomes obvious post cycle. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR GAINS if you are not eating correctly, and then you will be frustrated.
If you have any questions about any of this, just ring the bell!
Good luck
