38 years old ready for 1st cycle need expert advice
Im 38 been working out for 39 years..... tired of not gaining!
5-7
185 lbs dont know body fat
Ok here goes ive done alot research and this is what im looking at please correct me if im making any mistakes...
Weeks 1-10
250mg Monday- 250mg Thursday of TEST E
Arimadex .25 EOD every day till two weeks after i start PCT
Week 12-16 PCT
CLOMID------ 150/100/100/50/50
NOLVADEX ---- 40/40/40/20/20

yes clomid is too high
clomid 50/50/25/25
but your diet plan is important

Body fat is real important. If your 185 with 20%bf compared to 10% then that is a HUGE difference

Marcus300- Ive been working out for a very long time but consistantly for 18months
Buster12- My diet consist of hi protein foods i also take in at least 200 grams a day of protein supplenments,,,, ive been trying to gain weight most of my life, now that i have the weight im looking to put on muscle.... im older now so i dont want to **** this up. this will be my first time doing this
Also do i need to take a test booster after the cycle like T-BOMB supplement?

After your cycle I would take a natural test booster, not sure what t-bomb is but d-aspartic acid or tribulus should work fine along with your PCT. Clomid wise the standard protocol is 100/100/50/50. Just make sure your diet is above your TDEE in order to gain weight and muscle. Total Daily Energy Expenditure.
