Sus and decca
M starting my first course and want to no what's the best course to start with to put weight and muslce on fast, am currently weighing 76kg and height 6 ft am 24 years of age been training in the gym for about a year now but just want to try a course for that extra help and look can anyone drop me some info cheers

I think you can put a bit more size on naturally bud

My mate as just done a cycle but not sure what and he has reaped the rewards as they say hes put on loads on weight and muslce what do u think cycle wise is a good starting point

uv only been training for a yr get your diet and trainng ryt and ull pille on the pounds bro n spend some time doing reaserch u myt even find the juice is not for you

It's all for not if you don't eat right. Maybe take another year or so to get a solid diet and do more research. Certainly couldn't hurt.

! year is just getting in the gym door as far as I'm concerned. Put in some work for a while and then you can really reap the benefits of a cycle after a while.
