    delt shots

    I've been shooting into my delts and glutes lately and my deca shot always ends up on my right delt and at the peak of my muscle where I shoot is kind of forming pointy if you'd call it that. It seems like more muscle growth than on the delt I shoot my test e in is this out of the ordinary?

    its swelling, oil build up or scar tissue. not muscle growth

    My right hip looks like there's a golf ball in it. Yeah, it's swelling. It always goes down after my cycle.
