I am pinning ed right now so I want to mix up my injection sites a little more. Normally I just hit quads, delts and glutes. I want to start pinning my triceps and chest. I have both 1" and 5/8" 25ga pins. I am at about 10% bf. Would you guys use the 1" or 5/8" for tri's and chest. Also does anybody have a good website that shows where to hit these muscles?
