    done my research, but still have a question.....

    ok, ill try and be as brief as i can..
    age:33
    previous gear experience: cycle of tbol 6 years ago (great experience!!!)
    current physical condition:SHIT.....

    i used to be very fit, muscular, and with it......recently i experienced a very traumatic personal situation which lead to a 30lb weight loss due to the wonders of catabolic cannibalism....of course we all know most of that loss was MUSCLE.....i mean i lost it ALL......now as im picking up the pieces and finishing up my 4 week "re-boot" in the gym (basic full body workouts 3 days a week with boxing 3 days in between for cardio)...im planning my next 12 weeks of rebuilding work in the gym....

    the question.....

    is there any way i can incorporate ANY type of AAS into this process? Im not trying to get huge, not trying to get jacked at all....i just want to get back to my old self...im just being honest....the muscle loss i experienced is horrific....i read so much about not using AAS until you reach a plateau, or your genetic peak.....but isnt there any type of cycle, even a modest run with just some test that i can utilize to get back what was so painfully lost? Im sure some of you can understand my position as all of us are here because we value ourselves and seek to improve upon our bodies and health and fitness. Im asking because i HAVE to, i need to know what my options are....

    I'd stay natty for a while longer eating damn near everything in sight. Then, after maybe another 6-8 weeks see where i stand. If i felt i could pack on some more naturally, i'd exhaust that first. Just my .02

    im curious as to the negative aspects to using gear in this situation.....i have my ideas, but really value the input of the experienced members here

    I've been I a similar situation not as extreme but I've done 250 mg of test while I was working myself back into shape before I started to do a full cycle and hit weights hard. I have aslo had many cycles under my belt though. Iam sure a lot of people on here will diagree to what I have said but it worked for me and helped me push through. But whatever you do don't stop training whether or not you take anything keep going one day at a time and before you know it you will look and feel better

    Some ppl like to take a low dose to get them motivated I think. But remember in order for any aas to work it.takes alot of dedication and diet in check. I agree with get everything in order then maybe try aasre

    oh most definitley...im more motivated than ive ever been in my LIFE...lol...diet is insanely in check...ridiculous...cheat meals make me feel like shit...
