Start PCT tomorrow, have some questions

I have nolva and clomid on hand for PCT tomorrow but I was curious if there is any better way I should take them? Should I split them up during the day or just take them all at once?

went pretty awesome man. saw some solid gains even though I had lots of setbacks in my personal life. put on 30 pounds, got a lot stronger and don't think I have any bf% increase so I can't complain. Hopefully next time I won't have any hiccups to get in the way of progress!

You can run it all at once but depending on how much clomid you are running..... I choose to split it up. 100mg's clomid and 40mg's nolva is perfectly fine to take at once.

That's what we like to hear! Do you think it would have been possible to have put that weight on without eating like that?

I was talking about natty potential of muscle mass, 30 lbs isnt unusual bur seems that most people that put on that much weight usually didnt have a fully developed physique, either way thats great, and i can only hope i get 3/4 of that at least...i was the same weight for the past year and a half. Did you run pharma or ugl? How much oer month, any sides?

Ah I get what you're saying. Not really sure if I had hit my peak or not. I think all the cardio and mma training had kept me from gaining a whole lot when I wasn't cycling.

so anyone know what I should expect during PCT? im on my 3rd day and I think I've got a cold so not sure if I am experiencing cold like symptoms because of PCT or if I just actually have a cold. Hit the gym today and definitely felt weaker and I lost 4 pounds. Granted yesterday and today I wasnt feeling good so I didn't eat much yesterday but I was hoping someone could give me some idea what to expect during PCT? I know everyone is different but maybe just describing your own personal experience will give me some idea.

You need to eat whether you want to or not. Protein shakes at the very least if you aren't feeling well enough to eat food. I typically feel like crap for a week or so at the beginning of PCT, then Im back at it. So I spend that week taking it easy, eating a lot, and sleeping every chance I get. I continue to train, just with less volume for a week or so.

It is also not unusual to get sick during PCT. Start/stopping aas or any medication for that matter can effect your immune system.

Yeah I plan on keeping my intake the same off as it was on but yesterday was just a tough day all around. Even tho I feel worse today my intake is the same as when im on.
