    Bumpin up sust250 cylce to May

    Did my research and came up with this.

    Stats: Age 30, 6'3", 205lbs, 12%bf, Solid 3 yrs in the gym. First cylce for me besides a half assed 6wk run on test prop 8 yrs ago.

    Goals: Gain 20 lbs lean muscle.

    CYCLE: 250mg Sust every 3 days, for 10 weeks. Aromasin for sides.

    PCT: Clomid 100,50,50,25. Nolva 40,40, 20, 20.


    Not planning on running an HCG .

    Hows things look guys? Good to go?

    Good to go! Results will depend on your diet and training..

    Thanks for ur input. Ready to start my priming diet. wanna drop down to 8-10%bf by may. Right now training consists of alot of cardio and 3 full body workouts a week. Gonna cut the cardio down mid cycle and put on some mass.

    By the way thanks to all who helped point me in the right direction, learned a lot from my first time in the forum. Ill keep yall posted with my results. Thanks again.
