Bumpin up sust250 cylce to May
Did my research and came up with this.
Stats: Age 30, 6'3", 205lbs, 12%bf, Solid 3 yrs in the gym. First cylce for me besides a half assed 6wk run on test prop 8 yrs ago.
Goals: Gain 20 lbs lean muscle.
CYCLE: 250mg Sust every 3 days, for 10 weeks. Aromasin for sides.
PCT: Clomid 100,50,50,25. Nolva 40,40, 20, 20.
Not planning on running an HCG .
Hows things look guys? Good to go?

Thanks for ur input. Ready to start my priming diet. wanna drop down to 8-10%bf by may. Right now training consists of alot of cardio and 3 full body workouts a week. Gonna cut the cardio down mid cycle and put on some mass.
