HI guys
I am 31 yrs old, 140lb, 5 8"
Been working for yrs, used whey, animal pack and glutamin
I have a firm muscled body
Want to start my first steroid cycle, and based on what I read, I will start with Test enth for 12 weeks, 250 dose.
What do you think? Should I use something else as well?
How about CPT? Will I need it and what is the best plan to follow
Regardless of how much I read about it, I prefer to hear from someone who did it!

Your not going to want to read this but you really need to increased your size naturally and build more of a foundation, at 140lbs learning how to eat to grow should be your priority rather than steroids . If you can't gain weight at your size you aren't going to be able to maintain any new size after the cycle, so it will be a waste of time shutting down your system for zero gains. Whats your diet like?

There is no wonder you can't gain weight eating 4 times a day. If you cant gain naturally at your weight you aren't going to gain using steroids or you will lose your gains after the cycle because your diet wont support any new tissue.
Head over to the diet section and read the stickies and learn how to calculate your daily requirements to gain mass and size to your physique. Your eating way to less to gain weight

You should be eating twice that many meals if its hard for you to gain weight

I agree with everyone else her. If you dont start to eat more you will be very dissaponted with your gains from any cycle. There really is no reason why you cant gain more weight @ 5 8".

It's not how you eat..it's how MUCH you eat. Increasing your caloric intake by 3-500 cals/day WILL add weight to your body. Eat clean and exercise and the majority of that weight will be clean muscle. I'm an ectomorph and like you i had trouble putting on weight...until i increased my clean cals. I went from 165 to 201 in two years of natty training. I'm back down to 195 now but only trying to maintain what i have until my first cycle.
Fwiw, here it is for you to look at. I gained this knowledge form reading and a lot of research from all the information available on this website.
MY Cycle :
1-4: Dbol 50mg/day (split in the morning and pre-workout )
1-12: Test E 600mg/week (split into 2 injections every 3.5 days - am/pm)
1-12: Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
PCT: (2 wks after last injection)
Clomid : 100/50/50/25
Nolva: 40/40/20/20
DAA - recommended serving/daily
On Cycle Supps:
Multivitamin
Fish Oil
Milk Thistle
Taurine
Creatine
