    where did the diet and exercise threads go?

    ^^ where did the diet and exercise threads go? I avent been on in a while looks like a few things where changed.

    the diet is in the nutrition section and the execise in the work out section. Go out to the main page and scroll down
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
