    suggestions please?

    Stats:
    age: 34
    height: 5'8'
    weight 213
    bf: 21%

    I haven't done gear in about 6 years, stopped lifting for awhile got back into it a lil over 2 years ago. Im currently sitting on 400ius of generic chinese blue cap hgh. In the last 2 years ive lost abt 45 lbs ( relationship gut! well more than gut) I'm tweeking my diet to begin next week with high protein and simple carbs. I want to stack this hgh with something but i want to put on lean mass i dont want to bulk up i want to put on some size but lean up more than anything. Ive been working out for the last 2 years religously just using proteins and creatine along with animal paks for a multi-v.

    My goals would be:
    BF cut in half to 10% ( would love to get into the single digits)
    weight in the low 180s (You think thats to low?)

    Any suggestions on what to stack this hgh with and dosages to achieve goals?

    Heres some pics of what i look like right now, no gear just lots work to lose the weight i've lost!

    I think you mean protein and complex carbs. You would be wise to drop all the bf, then cycle.

    proteins( protein shakes, 3 6oz servings of chicken a day) carbs (greens, brown rice, yams, sweet potato) some p-nut butter for snacking...most of my research about the hgh seems to lead me to believe thats its a great fat burner( i know it doesnt work miracles, diet will be very important) and helps put on size. was thinking of using it some t3 or clen to help me cut fat quicker and still have gains at the same time. i havent used anything in a long time but just going about things natural but was looking for a lil chemical assistance

    You need to be on a serious calorie deficit for clen to come into play. T3 can burn off your muscle along with fat, leaving you skinny fat. HGH can take up to 6 months to see serious benefits.

    A lot of guys want to do everything at once. Gain lean muscle and drop 10% body fat. You almost always better off splitting bulk/cutting.

    thanks xelnaga..... i think ill sit on that hgh a lil longer and let the new diet shed some of my bf off first and then use it up. i have a bout a 4 month supply at 4 ius a day. 2iu in the am and 2iu in the pm
