Help Cycling Test 300 and Eq 300
I'm currently 22yrs. old 5'10 215 and I'm going to be running a cycle of test 300 and eq 300. I was thinking using a 23 or 25ga. 1 inch needle. I'm looking for any tips, advice, and workouts to help bulk while still cut. I understand I'm young and the goals I want to achieve can be done naturally but I had two Labral slap tears, dislocated shoulder, and tore part of my bicep were it connected with my shoulder and it has been a task to get the gains and strength back to where I was a year ago.
Current pre-cycle picture
This is my current workout my workout..
15 reps 3 sets each, light rest; bike or treadmill/ elliptical 7 to start.. 7 to finish..

ok, first off, IMO--ur gonna get help obvi bus its ur choice what you do. but ur also gonna get a lot of people telling you to wait b/c u risk ****ing your body up. BUT the most important thing you need to realize, is this particular quote of yours. Do u know what test is going to do to your body? not only are u gonna have gains, its gonna increase ur chances of injury more than before, ur gonna have a sudden urge that u can lift any amount of weight. Id say just take things slow an natural, but ino u don't wana hear that. who does? but just for the record, my stats are pretty much the same as yours, except I'm 26. there is a lot of info here, take time out to read brah, u may decide those 2 sups aren't what u need/want.

u did test 250? why r u going to test 300? n adding eq? not supporting ur cycle but curious on the thinking behind it

what were ur desired results? to increase mass? what was ur diet like? u gotta eat big, to get big.to cut u have to but at a deficit. check out our nutrition section stickies. u want to increase mass while still cutting? truth is, both of these are going to be "bulking" sups, so its gonna be hard as shit to achieve maximum results. diet discipline must be in full effect. also--as i mentioned earlier--u r gonna run into a roadblock for help being so young. as i c we kinda already hit that, the questions I'm asking are for a reason tho. just tryna understand your thinking behind knowing the effects but still wanting to cycle...

My diet wasn't as good as I first anticipated, pretty much I took the concept of getting big you have to eat big, and thats exactly what I did no heathy all the time either. My reasoning to continue wanting to cycle is because I just want to there is no further explanations I'm sorry, and believe me I'm much like everyone else I don't like being told what I can and can not do.

lol, ino watch mean. but seriously, to get big, it has to be the rite things, which is y i rec going over to out nutrition section and checking out the bulking thread/stickie. i no nothing is more frustrating then hearing what u don't wana hear. trust me i no. but i rather u listen to our advice, vs,. not listening and then coming back to us in about 14 weeks telling us sum thing isn't rite, soreness, lumps, balls wont drop, etc. this shit is very serious brah.

Bro, one your to young but each there own.. Wait till 25 cuz you risk fvcking up your endo system, and will have to be on trt for life.. By the picture you can eat, eat and train and get a lot bigger naturally.. Second if the test is not doing anything or your not growing than it most likely your DIET...Third why EQ and at 300mg a week, maybe deca at 300mg will be a lot more beneficial if you are using it for joint or pain..

I hear ya and I was considering deca idk why I didn't but I read that Eq works very well with Test so I went through with it. This is most likely going to be my last cycle ever, I plan on making a thread and posting results and everyday or weekly log and posting pictures of my progress and concluding if I would ever try it again. But thank you for your input and btw what do you think of my physique so far judging from my picture?

You can grow a lot more naturally, hit the diet section and there are ppl willing to help you.. I was 20 years old when I first started using AAS and If i can go back i would, yea I looked the best on the outside but I fvcked up my inside.. I'm 30 years old now and I have to do weekly injections for the rest of my life...

I posted a study on this a few times now..... you can find it if you wish by searching "EQ and crosslinking connectivity" - EQ acts in a similar manner as winny. It can increase collagen synthesis.... and while this sounds good..... it's not because EQ DOES NOT also increase the crosslinking connectivity of those new fibres. You may actually be more susceptible to tearing those new fibres because without increasing the crosslinking connectivity they tend to be very brittle.
So not only are you on the young side..... you ahve a poor choice of aas for the goals you have.

Football I played running back my whole life and i decided to try test 250 to give me the boost i needed but i was wrong they say test weakens you're tendons and it did exact ally that I was injecting into my delta and i was about 3 weeks out of my cycle first game of the year i lowered my shoulder on a guy and out it went. It probably dose not help that I also played the remainder of the season with my shoulder like that before I actually had it checked out.
