Bulking and staying lean
I know this comes down to diet but there must be a combination of compounds you can use that will help keep you lean. Im using sus and deca and eating a calorie surplus so i grow because i wanna gain some more mass but at the same time i wouldnt mind leaning down a bit. I dont do any cardio atm but i will probably start doing morning cardio on an empty stomach.
Would Tren A help keep you lean?

first you start with (bunk) sus... then you hop onto sus+deca without a break...now you want to throw tren in the mix
do you have A.D.H.D? your problem is you have no focus/follow through

i get the impression ur very young or immature, building a great body takes years and years. you dont need tren a to stay lean, just eat alot of clean food, eat alot of fish chicken buffalo and eggwhites as often as u can, some beef is good, stay away from pork. get ur carbs from brown rice sweet potato and oats and ull notice u grow very lean, white rice or potato is fine after workout. a huge part of staying lean while bulking is consuming ur carbs at the proper times, aswell as good fats, you can keep fats and carbs very low if ur eating them at the right time and ull still grow.
dont bother with fasted cardio, its not worth the muscle loss when u compare it to how much extra fat you loose, plus u put stress on ur system when you do it. which doesnt help the fat burning process..
tren will help you stay lean, but wont work magic if u dont got the basics down.

Do you start a thread every time a question pops into your head?
Most of the knowledgeable people here have learned what they know from personal experiences and doing their own research.
Even a basic knowledge of nutrition and AAS would've made it unnecessary to start this thread.

Correct. White vs brown rice won't make any difference in body composition. But what about brown rice vs high fructrose corn syrup as a carb source? Fish oil pills vs. straight Crisco lard for fats?
You read that iifym BS and are now preaching it and don't even understand it or have a clue.

eating 10 hours after a workout compared to 10 minutes after a workout makes no difference? are u kidding me? your also saying eating carbs before bed wont greatly increase your bodyfat percentage? and now your wondering how you can lean out a bit? and you dont think theres a difference between complex carbs and simple carbs? only thing i can say to you is good luck.

wtf man. I wasnt being rude in anyway with my reply just then u coulda just stated what u said 2 weeks ago. you can gain muscle whithout adding lots of fat and yes ill stay under 20% my diet is clean and pretty good.

HAHAHA told all u cvnts this kid is like 16...yes tren a injected into a vein will yield the best results, it will dry you out..make sure you inject a few ml at a time, also you have to injected 2xs a day ed for it to take full effect. And no matter what you eat you will grow huge and stay lean its what zyzz did..... **** this shyt website and all these "vets" i told about this kid to and still managed to get me banned...to fvcking funny. In terms of body competiton for a natural bodybuilding nutrition timing and macronutrient source is irrelavant, I've heard its a little different though when on AAS due higher protein synthesis.
Before you bash IIFYM I'd read up on it, its proven by modern science and is working great for me. its not about eating protein shakes and ice cream all day, its about moderation.
