    Looking for critiques for 1st cycle

    Stats: 27 years old 5'10 190lbs Ive been in athletics and the military most my life. Been continuously working out since 2002, but have been really focusing on the gym and diet since 2008. I recently decided to start my first cycle to help get over my peak strength, but not really blow up in size. Looking at taking .5cc of tren enanthate and .5cc of sustabol 300 every Monday and Thursday for 10 weeks. Then also take clomid once a week and then for my post cycle . I plan on staying off for 2 months for my post cycle . Any pros or cons for this cycle is welcome, thanks.

    most people like to take both nolvadex and clomid together for post cycle. any reason why you only chose one?

    Looks like nolvadex and clomid were very similar and im not sure that I used take both at the same time. But if this is the preferred method, then I will have to consider it for sure.

    you need to be on an AI like stane during cycle.

    What dosage is the tren ?
    10 weeks is perfect.

    Sorry just read this is your first cycle. Don't take the tren. You don't need it. Test e only 12 weeks 1cc twice a week and you will be blown away by the strength gains. You need to eat right and drink a ton as well.

    To clarify my last post.....drink water a ton.

    i said that before and the guys said back "i thought you're not supposed to drink on cycle" and i laughed.

    Great info, what's your take on doing cardio? I run now about 2-3 miles every other day.

    Cardio while bulking is fine as long as it's not 6 days/week for long periods. Keep it low intensity and make sure you're taking in enough nutrition to replace what you're burning during cardio or your gains will be limited.

    Thanks man for the cardio info. Wasent sure if it would be to much strain on the body.

    Bro 1st cycles test only 400/500 mg a week.As for pct you need both nova and clomid they do different things.You will also need a ai like Adex to control bloat and estro.I would suggest you do a llil research prior to your cycle it would be inyour own best intrest.And run either eth or sus not both seems like a waste imo.

    Thanks man, I think I'm going with the test 400mg a week. Going to lay off the tren , my body fat % is about 6. Not looking to bodybuild, but to improve my athletic performance.

    im doing cardio 5 days a week right now for 30 minutes only. Im cutting though before i do a lean bulk. I am going to lean bulk and continue cardio. Just takes longer and im not a pro at it.

    I used to be really lean like you when i boxed. I ate my way to 140ish and cycled way too soon. But then again i was 125 my whole life. Im no longer in the single digits and wish i was and struggle to be there.

    Bottom line is you don't need tren for strength gains and to be a better athlete. I was a better athlete naturally at 125 and held some weight lifting records, now at 160 ish and 12% I can't even dream of touching the records for my weight class. Guys are benching 395+ and im stuck at 335. Still not bad for a 160lb guy but not at the top of my class.

    If i would have stayed natural at 125 and kept working out the whole time in weights and dieting correct i would be unstoppable in that class; or at least a champion at several lifts.

    Good luck man. Don't run the tren.

    Thanks for the info man. Looks like I'm sticking with the test e and rolling with that on my normal diet and exercise. I'm sure after about 4 weeks I'll see some improvement.
