Question about fat -> muscle compounds

So, I'm 220 @ 6'2" and I got a tire around me. I'm eating good, but my metabolism has dropped. So, I ride stationary, I'm wondering what the best plan would be. To just work out harder (more then my current 1x a day) and cut back to salad... which doesn't sound too good, or to start doing weights and going for a roid that pounds the muscles to fill me in?

Is there a good way to convert my current fat into muscle?

Yeah sure, dear op you've made it clear everything you know about weight loss and muscle gain is wrong. Research how muscle is grown and how fat is lost. Would be a great and obvious place to start, once again thanks for the Lols this morning, I hear this from every overweight guy in real life... How there gonna hit the gym for a few weeks and turn their years or grown lazy fat into muscle.............

Tire around me and eating good doesnt sound right, visit nutrition section because you are not eating good, because good diet yields results.

"Going for a roid that pounds the muscles to fill me in"..............

And if you can work out harder, why the fk arnt ya?

It's hard to help someone that clearly hasn't taken the time to do any research for himself
