Question about fat -> muscle compounds
So, I'm 220 @ 6'2" and I got a tire around me. I'm eating good, but my metabolism has dropped. So, I ride stationary, I'm wondering what the best plan would be. To just work out harder (more then my current 1x a day) and cut back to salad... which doesn't sound too good, or to start doing weights and going for a roid that pounds the muscles to fill me in?
Is there a good way to convert my current fat into muscle?

And if you can work out harder, why the fk arnt ya?
It's hard to help someone that clearly hasn't taken the time to do any research for himselfLast edited by auswest; 03-16-2012 at 10:57 PM.
