for guys i was always told to start at 50-60 mcgs. girls start 30-40. n then find ur medium. for the middle part of cycle. some taper down some dont. i always start at 60-then jump to100 then too 120 for a cpl days. but evrybody is different n potency plays a bigg facter.

I would start at 20 and work your way up in increments of 20mcg at least for your first cycle... May e after you know how you feel you could start at a higher dose... That's just my opinion

Sorry Bro, but whoever told you that was wrong. Clen effects people in many different ways. When I start clen after some time off I start with 60mcg because I already know my tolerance levels, however, I split my doses twice per day and even the morning dose of 30mcg gets me all wired and jittery for the first couple of days.

IMO there's really no reason to start with a higher dose if you feel the sides from a lower dose. This where starting low comes into play. This way you can see at what dose your body starts to feel sides.

Also, IMO it's pointless to taper down clen. I don't even know where that came from TBH. If I had to guess it was because people were running clen/T3 where you MUST taper the T3 and people assumed it was the same with clen. But it's not.
