needing help seriously
ok people im 22 years old i weigh 155 pounds and i stand 5 ft 10 in and im basically all muscle but im still small....ive been working out for about 2 years and im at a stoping point! ive never been a big guy and it took me 2 years to get a "little bit" of muscle! im trying some stuff called tren 100 that i ordered from stacklabs.com and i had the stuff tested and its nothing more than herbs and JUNK basically! it contains 2mg of dhea which isnt enough to bulk up a piss ant! i just want "real" results real fast can anyone please lend me a helping hand!!!? i am basically clueless on how to "gear"! im working on a low budget also!

i just want to gain about 10 to 15 pounds of muscle and thats it i dont intend on habituary use! i just want to do a few cycles to get to a good size and then im going all natural from there...i just need a jump start basically!

I can get you anything you need we have a nice place here that sells any kind of protein you want.We also have a diet section that can fix your problem.Beacuse at your age aas will mess you up.

^^^Spend some time on the nutrition forum. You can get lots of help there and maximize your natural potential first, before starting aas.

ok i guess all of you cant be wrong so ill try a better diet! but 1 more question...how would aas mess me up just because of my age?....just wondering

because your hormonal system isnt fully developed yet at that age. When you take steroids your system shuts down. so shutting down a system that isnt fully developed can damage it. It may not recover or recover fully

but i am drinking whey protein by the gallons (not literally) but i drink about 240 grams of whey protein a day and creatine after every workout! i eat alot of egg whites (boiled), salmon, tuna, lots of chicken and fish, and salads in between meals!thats about what my diet looks like for the past couple months! what should i do from here besides aas

yesterday i had 240 grams of whey protein, 12-14 boiled egg whites, 1 can of pink salmon (12 grams protein), baked chicken, and 2 salads! my diet is the same everyday!

That's a ridiculous diet. It's no wonder you cant gain any weight. Where did you learn to eat like that?

here you go man.... check out these videos... it will give you a much better understanding of how to eat properly.... you are taking in enough protein and fat it looks like but you need some help with your carbs
