    Cutting cycle 8 weeks out

Alright, I am 95% positive I'm going to do a competition finally and I wanted to make sure my cutting cycle was mastered because I do have a lot of fat to cut. I'm 21 years old 5'11 226lbs and around 15% bf (I know high for 8 weeks but its a test run). I'm doing 30 minutes morning cardio everyday and 30 minutes post-workout which I train 5 days a week. My diet is protein = bodyweight, moderate carbs (150-300g) and never eating direct fat sources (pb, almonds). Well here it goes, I really want to expect good fat loss and keep my size if not harden up and put some more muscle on as well.

    Weeks 1-8 250mg/week Sustanon 250
    Clen 20mcg 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
Epistane 20mg ED last 4 weeks

I've been cutting fat for about 6 weeks now with just Sustanon 250mg a week. I need to cut a lot more, but I'm also a college student so I need the energy to study so I tend to eat more carbs then I should. Should I throw in OxyElitePro so I have the energy to go about my day? I don't want to do much higher doses of these compounds besides Clen if I react well I will bump up. I just want to get a feel of what might come of this I can include a daily diet example with my staple supps if needed.

Thanks for any help guys I really appreciate it!

you are not taking in enough protein.... 1.5-2.0 g protein/lb bodyweight

you should be taking in between 339g-452g of protein daily

8 weeks out. and that bf% i dont see u coming in sharp.

i think u need to look at another comp further down the track and hire a trainer. this will take out the guess work and u can learn alot from them

Here is my daily diet on a training day and staple supps.

Keep in mind I'm away at college with only a microwave/fridge and the meal timing is basically around my classes and studying schedule

Wake up: 20mcg clen 30 minute cardio
Meal #1: 1 cup egg whites, 1 cup oats
    2 opti-men, 2 fish oil, 2 CLA, 10mg Epistane, Milk thistle
Meal #2: Zero Impact Bar, 1 piece fruit
BCAA's while training - 1 hour weights, 30 minute cardio
Meal #3: Post-workout 2 scoop whey shake, 1 piece fruit
Meal #4: 6 oz. grilled chicken, 1 cup rice, 1 cup veggies
    10mg Epistane
Meal #5: 6 oz. oz chicken or beef, 2 pieces whole wheat bread (I make it like a sandwich), 1 cup veggies
Meal #6: 2 scoop whey or if I have casein with 8 oz. skim milk

With sust 250 1cc a week, gallon or more of water each day and coke zero with most meals. Its not my ideal diet but what I can get my hands on.

Let me know if you think I will lose an adequate amount of fat to atleast look good for the summer or what I can tweak, forget the comp for now! Thanks everyone!

like you said above... that is max like 200-250g protein... not nearly enough...you need to add like another 16oz meat in there or 12oz + another shake

i would add all of this into the calorie counter over at livestrong and report the results back... this looks like maybe 2500-2750kcal and you should prob be aiming for 3000kcal

what's your bmr and tdee? i think you can calculate that over at livestrong too...

Protein demands should be figured off of lean body mass not bodyweight.

i guess preparing for a comp trumps that (his age)...and the fact that he is already on cycle

    not the perfect scenario

Ok interesting, the reason the carbs are that high is because like I said being in college demands me being focused throughout the day for class and studying which is almost impossible without some. I have a "coach" at my gym who writes up my macros. If I knew how to post some pics I'd show you guys I'm in no way interested in powerlifting lol. Let me ask this differently what SHOULD I EXPECT from this diet/cardio/cycle

    Diet: Day 1: 250 protein, 300 carb Day 2: 275 protein, 150 carb Day 3: 300 protein 0 carb Repeat
Cardio 30 minutes morning fasted, 30 minutes post-workout
    Sust 250 1cc/week, 20mcg clen 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, 20mg Epistane ED
Opti-men, Fish oil, CLA, Milk thistle

Forget the comp and all that, anything you see that could easily be tweaked or fixed?
