    What to do about this crazy water retention?

    I will be taking my 3rd shot of test enen tomorrow. So far I have had 2, 1ml at a time which is 250mg.

    I am also taking a AI every other day, maybe a bit more spaced out to every other 2 days.

    So far, I feel good without any sides.

    Except my weight jumped - Bad. From 183lbs to 198.

    All last week my diet was very dirty. I'm getting in about 3000-5000 cals a day, 300+ in protein. But, my fat and sodium intake has been bad. At least 150 in fat per day.

    I am trying my best to clean my diet now. Oats and more oats.

    But, should I do anything about this weight jump?

    I will be on top of my diet from now on. But, before the shots this would have not affected me like this. I ate a crap diet before and did have weight gain, but not like this.

    P.S. I don't even drink any alcohol, period.

    how old are you?
    what is your body fat%

    what is the dose of your AI? and what is it?
    post your diet along with how long you have been doing it?

    Also what is your enth dosed at?



    what is your work out like and how long have you been doing it?

    I am 31, BF was checked the day before I took my 1st shot and it was 14.5%

    I am taking liquid stand eood at 12.5mg(.5 ml)

    My diet is going through a makeover right now.

    My workouts are spaced, I'm trying to see if I can workout more than I have been. I workout until complete failure on the muscle group I work that day.

    to be honest i have never seen that much gain on the first week of E. It usually does not kick in for 3 weeks or so.

    Something has to be going on in your diet. At 14.5, was this a pod or calipers? or what? That % should not be causing that much of a problem.
    My first time on E i gained like 5 the first week and about a 1/2 lb a day for quite some time.

    What is your test dosed at?

    It was at my gym with the thing u hold on to.

    The test enen dosage is in my 1st post. 250 per ml. One ml per shot, 2 shots a week.

    fix your diet for a bit and see how that goes. Your dosage on your AI seems fine. Watch your sodium intake and drink more water.

    A lot of your gains on E can be water. Not drinking enough and eating poorly will cause a ton of water retention.

    I so figured. I have only been drinking 1/2 gallon of water per day. & my diet has been mainly shmoked fish and caviar with whole wheat bread. < I somehow thought that was the cause.

    smoked fish has a ton of salt. get rid of bread all together. ok here is some help...i eat something like this ED and switch out my type of proteins when i feel like it.

    meal 1
    oatmeal
    4 raw eggs
    shake

    meal 2
    kidney beans
    chicken breast

    meal 3
    tuna
    brown rice
    slice of cheese

    meal 4
    broccoli
    brown rice or potato
    chicken breast

    work out

    meal 5 PWO
    shake

    meal 6 dinner
    steak, chicken, (just some lean meat) no not a cheeseburger or pizza
    potates, brown rice, whole grain pasta
    Veggie

    meal 7
    couple spoons natty peanut butter

    meal 8
    Casein

    sleep

    I drink over a gallon of water, and at your weight I would be at least 1.5 gallons while on this cycle.

    Thanks a lot bro, that is actually very helpful.

    I thought my diet wasn't so swell. But, I was focusing mainly on protein.

    did u think to do any preparations before u strarted ur cycle.

    if i was u, i would stop the cycle now. learn what to do and how to do it.
    u started the cycle with a horrible diet, and a horrible workout schedule, saying ur workouts are spaced but ur trying to train more. u have no business using gear now, none.

    truth hurts sometimes my friend, and the truth is u are going to do much more harm than good if u continue this bad idea of a cycle..

    I have not seen anyone else recommend the AI for ed usage.

    I agree with the guys fix your diet first and keep the AI dose the same, bump it up to .5 ED after a few weeks if the diet does not help

    ED or EOD makes no difference with the AI

    Drink at least 1 gallon of water a day and eat better. Follow the diet outlined in the earlier post.

    I am, the diet seems to affect me the most while on cycle.

    I always had a bad habit of eating fatty salty foods. They are always on hand too, how can I say no to caviar by the pound. . . LoL

    I'm on the same cycle, I use my adex at .25 every day, little to no water but my diet is very clean and I drink 4-6 liters of water a day, I know its hard not to have sodiumI struggle with this aswell. Lots of water and less salt, and I would try doseing the AI every day.

    Well then there you have it. Just pound down the caviar and whatever else you want. You will continue to look and feel like a big marshmellow.

    my first cycle i did the same as you wory about the protein intake and not the rest of the stuff i retaind soooo much water it was horrible now i got my diet perfect i retain no water at all on cycle its all about diet
