    Anavar or dnp?

    can someone aware me on the potential fat loss obtained from an anavar cycle (1month) or a dnp cycle(10 days)

    which would lose more fat and does dnp strip any muscle?
    i'm looking for something very effective for fat loss so on my cut i can quickly reach single digit body fat percentage figures
    also which is the cheaper alternative out of those two?

    You need to diet and train properly, DNP is VERY dangerous with endless side effects (including death) and Var (just like winny and Mast) does not just burn fat like so many people believe these compounds do. Its how you train and eat

    yeah i had a diet whilst i was cutting however i realised during the cut i was losing muscle even though my diet was spot on with around (fat:76g,protein:140g,carbs:190) which is why im looking at these alternatives where you retain muscle during a cut. What do you mean Var doesn't burn fat? isn't that it's main purpose?

    I don't know your stats, but you've got a 28/38/34 pro/carb/fat split- That's a horrible macros split. The reason you're losing muscle is because your diet sucks. Sorry, but it's the truth.

    Well, I don't know what IIFYM is, but I can guarantee you I'll never be doing it. You need to change your diet up plain and simple. Most importantly, unless you wanta fvck yourself up for life....you're too young to do steroids . Read this and see if you still wanta do it.

    IMO it's not that bad of a split it's just that it is not nearly enough food. The protein and carbs should be way higher bringing the overall calories up some.

    Well, I both agree and respectfully disagree with your statement. Wanting to cut with 72% of your calories coming from carbs and fat, especially since 1/2 of that 72% is coming from fat is just ridiculous IMO), but if he were to raise his protein and carbs as you suggested, that would in fact reduce his percentage of fat which could be okay, but I would have to see the numbers to agree 100%.

    That doesnt help the guy at all, at 19, 5'11, 83kg and 16% (likely more) bf he should NOT be considering steroids at all. A good lifting program with steady cardio would benifit him to more transform by adding muscle and slowly dropping fat. Of course as the guys pointed out your diet is going to be the main issue here, you should post up exactly what you eat and when, this will give everyone a better idea

    Exact number aren't going to matter that much. You can keep the fat where it is and eat at least 1-1.5 grams of protein per lb of bw. Definitely oush the carbs up some too. Oatmeal, yams, brown rice, I assume you know what to eat......just eat more of it.
