    Testosterone Blood Work Question

    I am 31 years old and I recently had blood drawn at the doctor's office. I cycled 3 times between the ages of 21-25 but have been clean for the last 6 years. My free testosterone measured in at 478 ng/dl. I saw this was within normal range on the results page but when I was researching more on the internet I saw this is below average for someone my age (average was around 600). I ran PCT with Clomid, Nolva, and HCG as recommended from this board at the respective times. I will admit that I felt some recovery but never to my pre-cycle levels. I am wondering if running another PCT right now would do any good? Or is it too late?
