    Delts are a good spot. Regardless of where you shoot, if you shoot slowly, you'll reduce the pain.

    I've been pinning my bis. 1ml of prop and its smooth. Anywhere you pin, as long as you're not yanking on the needle and twisting it all around and shoot slowly, you shouldn't have much pain at all. I've done bi, Quads, delts, glutes and calves all w no issues besides the normal soreness after initial pin starting a new cycle

    Delts would have to be at the top of the list, pain free and also a very safe location free of problems.

    cebby, You pin calves with no issues? You are lucky, most find calves very painful.

    Yup I have no issues w calves. I've ran cycles that included pinning every day so I tried it and it went just fine.
