test e cycle standalone
26 6'4 225 diet (seefood diet. I eat everything I see) 15% bd.
Going to run 250mg every three days for 12 weeks. That's 30ccs in 12 weeks. Prob my 7-8 small cycle. Is this too much or just right. Was going to stack deca plex 300 w it but its to many pins for me, the deca was swelling and hurting so I stopped using it and only want to stay w test alone and not get to crazy, but at the same time take a good size amount to get decent gains. Any input will help. Thanks

with a seefood diet and 500mgs a test weekly, ull put on weight at least 20lbs, but not having a strict diet ull gain alot of fat. but if u have no problem woth fat gains do wat u gotta do.

1st cycle all you need is 500mg you will grow like a weed.No need to do more you grw in steps not all at once.And with your diet sounds like you will have a problem with bloat.

the seefood diet is pretty bad if you want to see quality gains. i recommend you to work on your diet in the nutrition section, trust me, you'll be glad you did.

I agree with DD. A good quality diet will give you better quality gains that you can keep when you come off cycle. The nutrition section is what you need to take a look at now. Lots of good info.

Too funny, very similar to me. I am on week #2 right now. I gained almost 15 Lbs. in the first week of just mainly water weight. I ate everything I seen. I swelled up like a marshmallow.
I cut the crap out of my diet(sodium and at least 50% of the fat). I dropped down 5 Lbs.
Water retention seems, very bad on test enan. I never had this issue before at all. I ate loads of sodium compared to now and it did not have this effect.
I cleaned my diet down a lot, whole foods mostly. Maybe a bite of crappy stuff every day or 3 and I seem to be real good now.

yea you gotta keep the stuff in there sumwhr. i was told arnd e5d to have something bad to help regulate things. i haven't experienced much bloat or weight gain on my cycle, but i have noticed other things. strength increase, endurance, speed, sex drive, confidence just to name a few. my diet is pretty clean. high fats to help get rid of fat and then low carbs, high proteins. the hardest thing is forcing myself to eat still, as I'm not always hungry when its time to eat.

Well I can't get out of the gym fast enough to go eat. And my problem is not the dieting part, its the intake part. I eat healthy just to much of it. I like to eat more than I like to work out, so that is my biggest deal. And I am extremely bloated everyday from it, like to the max, any pointers on the bloating? Like a supplement, or less of something like sodium?

just your stand ai help with bloat n cycle. i don't have a problem with boat, just fat gaining.

I am still in the same boat, I feel bloated most of the time. I rip ass so much and have mad burps. Plus I take like 3 craps a day. The sodium seems to be key though. When I keep my sodium as low as possible I am less puffy.
But, still get some bloat.
But, I am seeing insane gains already. People on here say it's in my head. But, how do you explain a .5" inch gain on my biceps in less than 2 weeks?
I feel like I am just plain out expanding. From what I see so far, almost half is water retention.
But still, these are amazing gains.

Have you though about running a diuretic or reducing your water consumption?

Lasilactone is one option if the water retention is really getting u down..research it.

In the last few days I have been doing much better.
If I do a lot of dairy I do get gassy as hell.
But, I feel and look less watery.
