    Need immediate blood pressure help!

I am currently 3 weeks into my cycle. I am taking Test Prop 100mg ed and it Tren 100mg ed. I am an intermediate user. I have never experienced high blood pressure until my last cycle. I take Co Q 10, omega 3 fish oil, and vitamin c 1000mg. I recently got a new job and had to take a physical today. They said my blood pressure is 150/100. It has to be 140/90 for me to get the job. I'm being retested on Saturday. What can I do to get it to come down.

Know anyone with some beta blockers? Celery seed extract I heard might kick in quick. If you can get nothing but hawthorn and stuff just do light cardio a couple times a day for 30 mins or so. Good luck!

Are you taking any fat burners? They can raise your BP. Make sure your not taking in a lot of sodium.
Many supplements have more sodium than you would think.

Oh yah. So glad I found it. Have 40mg tabs and 1/4 (10mg) drops my BP on the RARE occasion that I feel the need. 40mg and I become a chilled out perfectionist robot with no fear.

I may be way off base here so please tell me. If he is being retested on Saturday and doesn't have time to get any of the items mentioned above. What if he gave blood on Friday afternoon. Will less blood equal less pressure? The body won't replace a pint in 24 hours. Tell me if this is bro science.

I use raw garlic, 3 - 5 cloves a day. And surprisingly, I DON'T have garlic breath problems, lol. I know the garlic worked for me within the first 48 hours of the first dose, so if you cant get your hands any of the above named items in short notice, try the garlic & / or the aspirin. If you DO go with the garlic, you have to chew it, you cant just swallow the whole clove, it will be effective that way, but nowhere near as effective as if its chewed / crushed.

Thanks a lot guys. I appreciate all the responses and advice. I'm going to try the garlic and aspirin. I heard potassium helps too so I'm eating a lot of bananas. I really can't do any cardio since im working 7a-11p today and tomorrow. The facility I went to for the physical told me if my bp isn't down they can't clear me and would've have to send me to my pcp. I don't know if the company will not give me the job over high bp. Does any of you guys have insight to this.

op- garlic is a great idea and also you can be slightly dehydrated. It causes hypovolemia. Hypovolemia is classified under four stages. In stages 3 & 4, systolic BP will be reduced and pulse rate will be increased. Vital signs may include postural readings (blood pressure and pulse rate are taken lying down and standing). With dehydration, the pulse rate may increase and the blood pressure may drop because the intravascular space is depleted of fluid. I am not saying to not drink, just limit the intake the hours before your test.

Any vasodilator will help (viagra, cialis, arginine, etc).
    Give blood if you can.
And obviously avoid any stimulants. You should have dropped the gear as well.

I wanted to thank everyone for all the help. I ended up getting my blood pressure low enough to pass the physical.
