    My first cycle with Test prop!

    I'm 165 lbs (75kg), 15% bf, 23 years, 5f 6 (172cm), currently cutting. But in about 3 months I want to do my first bulking cycle with test prop only (400mg/week).

    I was thinking: 100mg test prop EOD,
    arimidex 0.5mg ED,
    HCG ED 100iu,
    nolva 10mg ED for 8-12 weeks

    And 2-3days after last pin: clomid 100mg-50mg ED
    nolva 20mg ED for 3 weeks

    Is this cycle good or am I missing something? Btw I'm endomorph body type..please respond

    165lbs and 23 still abit young bud how long have you been lifting for???

    still not what you want here i know but chuck up stats diet-training-etc etc

    lifting about 2 years now. But mostly I've been cutting, because I gain fat extremely fast. But about 4 months back I've found that diet high in protein (300g) and moderate-low carb (200g) and low fat works for me while bulking. Now I want to catch those 1 wasted year of lifting.. my goal is 200lbs. I want to get there fast. I'm training also 5-6 days per week (30-40min of lifting and cardio 30min after). I know what am I doing now..but not how to cycle..

    IMO there is no need for 6 sessions of cardio a week. Especially if your bulking!

    Also FYI 100mg EOD average out at 350mg a week not 400mg

    Ok then I'll go for 125mg EOD. Currently I'm cutting, that's why is 6 day per week of cardio. When I bulk, I go 3-4day per week. Is my Cycle ok, beside that I must upper my dose of test??

    you don't need to up your dose. the dose is fine for a first cycle. what really baffles me is your stats. you're really not ready for gear yet with that height/weight/bf ratio. make sure your diet is top notch, THEN jump on gear. if i were you i would wait to get to at least 10-11% bodyfat and get another 10lbs of solid muscle.

    How long will it take to gain 10lbs naturaly, with proper diet? I guess whole year..

    6 months max with solid diet. remember, 10lbs of muscle, not fat. and reduce your bodyfat to 10%. then you will look shredded even without gear. then you can use AAS as a sort of an icing on the cake

    Yes its a simple cycle for your first time. I'm gonna do a very similar cycle as my first!

    if your just starting out you can gain 10 lbs in 6 months easy

    sort your diet out first or you will be very dissapointed and depressed with your cycle( and fat)

    props more effective when you pin it ED
