So would you. Reccomend resetting all my lifts so I do squats, shoulder and chess press deadlifts mon wed fri and do cardio tue thurs sat with sunday off with 3 sets per exercise?

correct or follow 5x5, i like 3x5
or do 3x 10 if you want the hypertrophy , if you are doing body recomp over strength. drop deads for rack pulls and do rack pulls once a week and sub in chins
if you are doing it for strength, keep deads... but only do them once a week and sub in power cleans. Power cleans wont make you grow so mucch, but the will make u VERy STRONG.

i started the new routine today , i did 3 x10 bench 3x10 squat 3x 10 deadllift 3x10 shoulder press, by the time i finished deadliift i was f****d and shoulder press probably was a bit lighter than i probly could of done if i was fresher,
i plan on doing the same wedneday and friday and adding weight each session as suggested
should i carry on as i am or should i mix up the order of the exercises or change anything?
