First Cycle Test E 400mg a week

How is this for my first cycle

Test E 400mg a week shot twice a week at 200mg for 8 weeks
Arimidex on cycle 0.5 every second day
PCT Nolva 40/40/20/20/20/10

also wanting to prevent gyno as best as possible

Read the other 19yr old threads. Then once you read that and realize your to young head to the diet section for 6 more years. You wont get cycle advise here sorry bud

Okay.. Thanks for replying anyway, but one question.

I am well aware of side effects etc etc and have done a fair amount of research on AAS and I'm also aware that natural test is at its highest at around my age still, but why would people advise for a 19 year old to not cycle?

you are at too high of risk for permanent damage as your endocrine system is not fully developed yet.
