Looking to clean bulk and then at the end shed the last few bf% during pct and a couple weeks after with clen with the final goal of 205 with bf under 10% not sure if this is possible, but i feel with the manipulation of calories and cardio at the end it's obtainable. after all my previous cycles i join a team event or run in long distance races and lose my gains. hurt my hamstring and at 29, i'm no longer participating at any other sport but body building (it's not that i train less or less intense, i just change my focus due to what i'm doing) which will enable me to retain my gains.

weeks 5-10 5000 calories, 420g/pro, 420g/carb
weeks 11-16 3000 calories, 420/pro, 270g/carb

weeks 1-12 test prop 100mg/eod
weeks 1-8 test a 100mg/eod
weeks 10-16 clen/keto 80mg/ed
weeks 13-17 nolva/clomid 40/100 edx1week, 20/50 ed/3weeks
