    Need suggestions with my situation

    I has knee surgery about 4 months ago and since returning to the gym I have noticed that it has been harder than it has ever been the past 6 years to gain back my strength and size. Starting 4 months ago I began to diet and have lost about 30 pounds since then. I am now looking for something to give me and extra boost to get back to where I was and beyond. I am play sports and do not want to decrease my speed and cardio, too.

    I have been doing my hw on cycles for beginners and looking up all the facts and results of different gear but am still not sure what I should take.

    I want to increase my strength and size while not losing any of my cardio or speed.

    Age=20
    Height=5'11''
    Weight=235 (Lost 30lbs in past 4 months)
    Goals=Strength and Speed
    Past= Been lifting for the past 6 years (This will be my first cycle)

    For one thing your way to young to consider a cycle. Secondly it takes alot of time to recover from an injury. Just give yourself the time and with a good diet and hitting the gym hard you will be able to do alot naturally. Just don't try to push an injury to hard to fast as you will end up with more problems than when you started.
