    Stepping up the dose mid cycle...???

    I'm 3 and a half weeks into my first cycle ever as of today april 17th.

    The plan is/was according to all the best info i got from the main site and the forms.

    week 1-12 400mg Test enth/week
    week 1-4 20 Mg Dbol ED
    week 8-12 50 mg Windstrol ED
    week 3-12 250iu HCG 2 times/week with 20mg Nolvadex Daily

    Then PCT

    4 Weeks Clomid 100mg ed (lowering down to 50mg ed after first week), Nolva 20mg ed, Armidex .25 mg ed

    Ok... So,

    I did gain 25 freaking pounds already. I know it seems like too much but its seeming like at least half water retention. I also started creitine at the same time and changed my diet up too so those 2 factors play a roll as well.

    Weight gains and water retention fine. But honestly not seeing much in the lines of strength gains. Just very minor, stable strength increases, slowly. Nothing amazing, feel no more energy or aggression at all. Also zero other side effects. This isn't what i thought going on steroids would be like.

    -i've already uped the dose to 40 mg dbol per day.
    -I'm thinking maybe i will up the dose of test enth to at least 500mg/ week
    -I've picked up some Proviron , thinking i will throw in 125 mg per day once i'm off the dbol

    The idea was eat like a mad man for the first 2 months, Bulk up, Then hit the windstrol and tighten up the diet to about 10% below my TDEE for the last month or so and cut up toward the end.

    I'm 30 years old
    6'2
    212 pounds, probably 15% bf or so
    very physically weak, worked out off and on since i was 18 years old (but have been out of shape recently)

    My diet is now 300-400 grams of protein per day, 250 to 300 grams of carbs per day and about 100 to 120 grams of fats per day.

    Not the cleanest eating because i'm bulking, but not too shabby, eating mostly chicken breasts with various sauces, white rice, brown bread, full eggs, once weekly fast food, peanuts, peanut butter, protein shakes, lots of fruit, musli cereal, etc

    My TDEE is 3750 so i eat exactly that on off days and about 4000 or so calories on workout days.

    I'm working out every second day. Repeating each muscle every 4 days. So i basically only have 2 workout days.
    Day one chest, tri's, shoulders,
    day 2 off,
    day 3 biceps, back,
    day 4 off
    and repeat.

    I do 12 sets for each muscle (ends up being about 5 hours a week in the gym)

    I run 2 or 3 days per week so i don't do legs. Abs i do every second day just around the house.

    My workout schedule is a little unorthodox i know, but i feel like a standard 5 day split waiting a full week between each muscle group is just too long and not nesicary as after 3 days i feel fully recovered.

    I am making small progress either with reps or weight every workout. Just nothing amazing like i was hoping for.

    I'm hoping adding proviron will help me with some more dramatic strength gains and solve the small water retention thing. I herd it really compliments a test cycle well.

    I was wonding, since proviron is supposed to be so mild on the liver and actually helps keep estrogen levels down then perhaps i won't need the windstrol towards the end. Also I'm not even going to start with the HCG or the Nolva during cycle unless i see the boys down below are in need.

    Maybe the test will start kicking in to a point where its actually noticeable soon. Who knows. I'll keep u all up to date.

    I was also thinking, Maybe stepping up the dose of test mid cycle is frowned upon?? Not sure,

    Any input would be well received.

    Your d-bol dosage should have been at 40 from the start. Give the test another 2 weeks to fully kick in as it's a long ester so i'd just leave that the same.

    Not to be rude but your workouts need some serious work and your diet needs some tweaking. There's no way you're getting the most out of your chest,delts and tri's when you are working them all in the same day. And where's your leg workout? Abs? No cardio?

    I would start by addressing those issues first.

    The Test E hasn't started kicking in yet. The Dbol , diet and not taking the AI is causing all the water gain. Don't take the Nolva on cycle, save it for PCT. Take the Adex now, maybe .25mg EOD but since you waited maybe .5 ED but don't want to crash. This is exactly the reason everyones first cycle should be Test only. I know you thought you were prepared when you started but everything is whacko. It's okay to up Test mid cycle but I wouldn't in your case. In fact I would stop the Dbol and start the Adex.

    Couple things. No legs in your workout? No AI taken on cycle; thus the water (couple with creatine your getting extra water)? As far as strength gains go you really won't notice the test full bore till 4-6 weeks in; although you should have felt the dbol if it was legit; IMO 20 mgs is pretty low of a dose and that could be part of the reason you haven't noticed it much. Training could be another issue but we don't know how your workouts are (intensity, reps, etc) Also diet could be an issue, you may not be eating enough calories, often enough, or at the right times. Also the legitimacy of your gear could be an issue as well. There's so many factors which could be causing your less than expected results. If you're not noticing anything off 400 the additional 100 really shouldn't cause a dramatic increase.

    Ya. I run 5 km 2 or 3 times a week for cardio and do abs just around the house. I don't work legs because i feel they get a good workout while running.

    I've herd the same critique about my workout routine before. But i've also been recommended to run this routine by some people i respect.

    If i don't start seeing some strength gains soon i'll take your advice.

    working all major muscle groups(legs) help all other major muscle groups IMO

    The other thing is, I've gained all this weight and visible size. What i have gained physically feels hard. Perhaps its not water retention at all. Its just weird that the size gain is not accompanied by comparable strength gains.

    A pound a day for 25 days in a row and no strength gain... It's all bloat and going to get worse unless you change some things up.

    Bro you are holding water and a lot of it.You didnt get that 1st cycle info from us.Beacuse we recommend test only and dont bump up your dose.

    to much for a first cylce
    25lb in that short of time is very unhealthy/ I would watch your diet and get on an ai NOW
    your work out sucks. When i do shoulders i can barely take my shirt off or drive the car home, yet some how you are training chest and tri also. Now wonder you feel recovered in a couple days because you arent pushing them. and that why your strength isnt going up.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
