Clen + T3 for cutting any advice , previous experience
Guys help pleez i'm goin to use this cycle
day clen (mg) T3 (mg)
1 20 25
2 40 25
3 40 50
4 80 50
5 80 75
6 100 75
7 120 100
8 120 100
9 100 75
10 80 75
11 80 50
12 40 50
13 40 25
14 20 25
then 2 weeks off and will repeat .
i am already lean 12% bf but i want to be shredded with only 8%bf and i wanna get red of alot of water in ma body. i wanna see how far can my body get me. what do you think any advice

Why do people taper down? I just work up to 120 and stay there

Keep an eye on your muscle mass. T3 can cause losses.

Why 2 weeks on/off with the t3?
It dosnt need to be cycled just take your time tapering down when coming off

I did research and found a primary point of discussion is possible muscle loss. Oftentimes people will say to take T3 while on cycle to combat muscle loss. I read muscle loss could come from a decrease in SHBG.
This forum says: If you arent taking anabolic steroids with your Cytomel , however, your body may start to eat away muscle to provide energy for you to function. Remember mitochondria/ATP arent very picky, but they are very efficient. What I mean by this is that they will use whatever is on hand to generate energy for your body to continue functioning, fat, protein, glucose; it doesnt matter to ATP, as long as theres something to give them energy. Taking this drug will increase their need to find something to burn to create this energy. Ergo, if we arent taking anabolic steroids while taking our T3, we may lose too much muscle, especially while dieting.
I tried T3 once. Two weeks along with Clen . Bumped up my calories (mostly protein) and intensity and discovered I lost muscle when I went for BF test. Dumped the T3 and started putting on muscle again. That is purely anecdotal evidence, but my experience is in line with research I did before trying it.
Having said all that, I am no expert and won't be able to defend much. All I did was read up on it, try it and have my test confirm what I had read. That is the extent of my knowledge and experience.Last edited by JohnnyVegas; 04-19-2012 at 04:50 PM.
