Signs that AI would need to be upped or downed.

Just a question but, what would be signs that you would need to either up your AI dose or space out the days.

I started taking Liquidex .25 the day after my first pin which was this past Turs and I am taking it eod. What whould be signs that i would need to either up the dose, space out the days or go ed .25?

.25 is a good starting dose, if you are prone to sides you will most likely find out

puffy nipps, feeling tired all the time lethargic, being sore not wanting to lift- up the dose to maybe .2 eod est too low

if you get all moody and sad for no reason, crying an $hiT est is to high lower the dosage

chances are if your not super prone to gyno you will be fine were your at

but i would ask a VET for conformation

For me i need to up it when I start to get emotional and my nips get sensative (not like gyno - just sensativity).
I need to lower it when my joints start to hurt.
These are merely symtomatic signs - the only sure fire way is bloodwork - but I use the above symptoms as guidelines.

That is everything I was going to say. Just chiming in for consensus.

Thanks guys, this are great things to know. I have been tired the last 3 days or so but only at about 7pm. I mean more tired than usual. I thought it was from the past couple of workouts being really hard. Today was only my 3 pin and I am not sure if it can happen that soon and I am just guessing that I am just tired.

On another note I have noticed that I get hot during the day and during my workouts and then an hour or so after my workout. Is this normal?
