    blood pressure question

my blood pressure has been running on the average 137/68 and my resting pulse has been between 58-63. The doctors say im fine but my question is what can I do to help bring down that top number without meds ? I have read that it could be stress related or genetics.

Anyone have the similiar problem or ideas how to fix this ?

Im currently on TRT and have not blasted in almost 2 months now

How is your cardio? You may wan to add more. Honestly I dont think it's bad and everyone is different. You may also try less salt and look up other foods that raise the BP. Just being on TRT also can raise your BP so it may be normal.

That number (the systolic) is really nothing to be concerned about. Well, at that number it's nothing to worry about.

Watch the diastolic reading and make sure it doesn't get ridiculous. There are tones of vitamins you can take that will aid in BP and heart function. Omega 3-6-9s are good and vitamin supplements that are designed to bring BP down can be affective. I take some stuff called Bells blood pressure formula and it has dropped mine a bit.

Oh, and watch your sodium intake (sorry if that is stating the obvious).
