    Puffy nipples IS NOT GYNO.

Gyno is a painful, achy, swollen gland deep underneath your nipple...if you touch it, or squeeze it, it will hurt.

Im sick of hearing all this puffy nipple shit, if you have gyno trust me, YOU WILL KNOW.

Thanks! Really need to see that. Don't have lump behind nipple and not painful to touch or squeeze, but been freaking out last 3 to 4 weeks because nipples look different like fat around them or water retention. The color is lighter than rest of chest area. Will sleep a little easier and hope it clears up now that done with cycle.

Not for everyone. I got gyno before where it started with a swollen gland and gradually formed a tiny lump under the nipple, caught it soon enough. But it was never painful at all, tingled once or twice a day for about 20 seconds at a time and that was it.

How did you clear it? All liquids trying not working. Need to start PCT but not sure how to deal with both at same time. Any thoughts would be helpful.
