what to expect with first cycle of cypionate

Ive done a half cycle of Deca in the past and had instant results but lost them because i stop dieting and excrising as much. However im getting back in the work out and dieting routine and i want to do my first cycle of cypoinate and need to klnow from some who has taken it what i should expect. Im under a lot of stress and to say the least my sex life hasnt been good, im only 23, but i want to know if this will help me in that area and if so what specifically should I be expecting.
Also, how good will this help me cut fat. I really want a six pack and when i was on deca it helped me a lot but i still have a little baby fat around my belly. PLEASE HELP

Sounds like the Deca messed you up.You need to get blood work done.You dont need to run a cycle.

How long ago did you take the deca , and did you take anything for PCT at all? It sounds to me like you need to run a standard PCT and get your test production back to normal, as deca is notorious for crashing the gonads.
