Curiosity on HGH norditropin (pen)

Hi! I have a curiosity on the pen for HGH (not for personal use), for injecting human growth, there is the classic syringe and then there is this pen:



But when i have finished the cartridge, I have to but this recharge right?



Or I can put a normal vial (by injection into the cartridge) of hgh?

some pens you use and you throw out.
some pens have replaceable cartridges. So you take out the empty cartridge and replace a new one into the pen
