Crippling Lower Back Pumps?
What methods do you use for relieving crippling lower back pumps in the gym while on orals?
Stretching, drugs, made up technique?
Looking for anything because this is bad...

Mate I've just finished my cycle and I know exactly what your talking about. After doing weighted high rep hyper extensions I used to get the worst lower back pump ever. Only thing I did that made it slightly better was just lying flat on the floor for a minute after each set, lol
Good luck

Im not even doing any direct lower back work and its killing me any time I go heavy on most excercises. Surely there is a drug for this lol

I do the same thing, lay down on my back in between sets, or atleast at the end of all sets for deadlift or hyperext. Then touch my toes to stretch before moving on

only way to reduce it is to lower the dose by 30% then you should be ok.. but don't just stop orals all together..
you simply are using too much..The answer to your every question

I got some helpful active stretching techniques from Dorian Yates' blood n guts trainer. Shows ways of primimg the erector spinae muscles without doing static stretching which can be detrimental to your workout.
Here's the link:

Click on the video, it's at the start of his legs workout. I have some lower back issues and have found this to really help. Hope it does the same for you.

I'm on tren right now and this shit gives me the worst back and calf pumps.
Last week I did a couple sets of calfs and I had to go lay down on a mat for 10min because I literally couldn't walk.....
Go get some taurine, I used it a while back and it helped a lot. I'm about to go buy some tomorrow actually.

Taurine will help alot, absolute must for me on orals, I've been at the point after every set no matter what I was doing I would be laying on a bench spread out. 10g pre w/out and I would add 10g in my water while working out. Helps allot!!!!

x3 on the taurine. I believe there is a decent dose of it in bananas, although that could be potassium...

Yup on the taurine. I get the pumps so bad I sometimes just curl up wherever I happen to be standing because it hurts so bad. Sucks. Pumps anywhere else are great. Lower back, not so much.

Yup on the taurine, also for myself I have half a cup of coffee before my workouts to relieve muscle pain. Plus do you guys keep your abs engaged while you are lifting, this will suck at first but the pay off is huge for lower back pain! ALSO... stretch your hamstrings everyday
