help.. am i trippin
. I'm hoping I did it right?.
I came to the conclusion that dbol or deca just ain't for me.
I don't think this is gyno as I don't feel the ball.
I had gyno in the past and removed it with letro..
However, I just don't like my chest.Looks like
To much fat. I was thinking of surgery but then
Again I'm thinking cardio would do it.
What do you all think?????

lol, theres nothing that a little cardio and diet wont do for it. try more reps to tighten it up too

You have decent structure IMO.
You need to follow a spot on diet and do cardio regularly, as these two agents are proven to yield results better than any other alternative...
I would also recommend you try drop sets in press movements for your chest and approach isometric exercises such as cable crossover flyes more seriously for a better shape.

hey bro your chest goes along with your total size very well..u have also nice arms. whats the size of your arms in centimeters and how much do u weigh?

Now, I can tell you that from the front it don't look bad.. My girl likes it and sees nothing wrong with it but now that I point it out to her she sees that a little fat loos will not hurt...
I'm on a strict diet and lots of cardio but I don't want to loose muscle wich sucks...
I noiced that Deca and Dbol gets me like this and I hate it.... My main concern is should I get surgery not do you think diet and cardio will help tighten up... I will run test and var to help out as well...

its just diet mate but i dont think it would be hard for you too look good and cut if you do a good bit of morning cardio m8 good luck!

yes, I was actually thinking of that cardio in the morning and and hit weights in the afternoon... My only question about the cardio is, should you run or walk? I like running but from what I've read in the past running is not good cuz you will burn muscle, how true is that?

a lower intensity is what you want 60-70% your max heart rate

Depends on your age but cardio for fat burn is generally around 120-130bpm

Unless I missed it, I don't think anyone has mentioned the use of an AI? Are you using one?
I know from personal experience that dbol will increase your estrogen a lot, which will make you bloat. I had the same problem as you. After using stane for awhile (and adjusting the dose so I wasn't blocking TOO much) it cleared up.

My chest was almost exactly the same as yours. I also carry fat in my chest. Once I got down to around or under 12% it was almost gone. Take a look at my profile pictures. Now that my bf is back up a little it's about the same. I dont think it's true gyno or surgery is needed.
