    Test Sides

Starting wk 6 of Cyp 400mg/wk.(first cycle)
Running it with Liquidex .25 eod.

Everything has been going good except the last week or so joint pains in my knees are killing me. For the most part the pain is constant. It's hard not to swallow the whole damn bottle of ibuprofen. Started glucosamine, msm a few days ago, any other suggestions?

Also my cardio endurance has taken a huge blow. Is that normal also? Any suggestions on combating this? Not trying to run a marathon, but after a light run sucking wind that bad is embarrassing.

    Thanks.

Could be over training or low estrogen.

Your AI may have knocked your estro out before test built up. I would lower the dosage.

Lifting, standard 5 day split, hitting everything once a week besides calves and abs. In an out in about an hour.
Cardio, 2-3 days a week. No more than thirty minutes. Usually one day of intervals on treadmill, one day of stair climber and bike and third day sometimes a pickup game of soccer on the weekend or a run.

Lower the dosage and keep the eod or keep the .25 as the dose and go maybe every third or forth day?

this is along the lines of what im poking around at

i think if this was from low estrogen it would make itself more obvious, im thinking he just has bad knees/cartilage..

No, never had knee issues before. I can definitely tell a difference in my energy levels ( lower ) day to day. Once I get to the gym and start lifting that's a different story. As far a soreness, I honestly feel less sore than normal, even with the increase in weight being lifted.

take a few days off ( no cardio nothing dont even go to the gym)

if all is still present, then lower dose to .2eod an see if any sides dissipate

and stay with your joint supps

add some flax seed oil to shakes

drink aminos before cardio or leg workouts

but definetly take a few days off to see if your in need of a lower dosage or dex

The more I read, the more I'm leaning towards the Liquidex for the joint pain. I did a little experiment an waited an extra day before taking the next dose. Last night ( I was suppose to take it yesterday) my joint pain had subsided, woke up this morning, no pain. Took the dose a little while after waking up and now about 4 hour later my knees are throbbing.

I got horrible shoulder pain while on 500mg per week with liquidex. I was only doing .25 e3d, and even took about ten days off dex mid cycle to let estro rebound. Have no Idea if it was low e issue or not, but the pain was unreal, couldnt even lift arms. Now Im 2 weeks post and shoulders feel great???

So low E can make you get winded easy? I run .25 ed.... I've wondered why over the past few weeks when I'm trying to do cardio I get winded after 15 minutes... Maybe this is why?
