    Anavar right off the bat

I did not lift consistently for the past 6-8 months, needless to say I lost a lot of muscle mass.

I am thinking about taking a cycle of anavar right away though I am no where near where I used to be as far as strength goes.

    Is this a terrible idea?

for one, you shouldn't be using any steroid to crutch your way back into a fitness program that you could do naturally on your own. for two, there are two types of strength, muscular and connective tissue. Muscular improves quickly. Connective tissue (tendons/ligaments) do not gain strength very fast and will make you injury prone if you do not let them strengthen slowly, on their own.

I'd suggest lifting naturally, focusing on diet and proper form in your routines until you are at least back to where you were before, 8 months ago.

Now, let me ask you a question about your stats....

    Height?
    Weight?
    Age?
    lifting experience?
    knowledge of nutrition?
    cycle experience?
    knowledge on aas?

    Let me know
