    Quick question.

    Hi, everyone.

    Let me first start by thanking the community for sharing so much information and experiences.

    Let me introduce myself I am a thirtish old male my current weigh ranges from 208 to 211 I don't know my body fat yet.

    I want to start a cycle but I want to read more before taking the plunge. What I would greatly appreciate if someone could possibly point me to some were I can immerse my self and learn the term used by great bodybuilders as you guys in the community.

    To give you an example of what I am talking about. I see a lot of people talking about EOD and ED I am not sure if they mean every other day, every day or its a term for an AAS.

    start with the education and sticky threads up top

    ed= every day
    eod= every other day
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
