First cycle. Looking at fat loss. 20 year old.

For starters, this is my first post and I am glad I finally found a place I can ask questions and get decent responses. Anyways, I am thinking of running an 8 week cycle of prop and clen . I will follow the cycle with nulva for 4 weeks.

Before there are any questions of my age, I am a VERY old 20 year old (full chest hair, full face hair, balding, etc.)

Does this sound like a good stack since it will be my first cycle? Thanks. Right now, my main concern is the doseage.

Welcome to the forum man. The only decent responses you could get are warnings of the damage that will be happening with cycling under 25. You should check out the stickies there's a good one for aas and under 25. Check it out

OP what's your weight and height? What is your cardio routine? Finally, post in detail everything that you ate today including liquids.

Thank you, I will check it out. Like I said, I was an early sprouter and I can tell now when I am training that something with my body is off. Longer recovery times, joint pain, my natural test level (cannot remember it exactly is comparable to a 30 year old male). This is what my doctor told me after doing blood work.

I am 5'10, 220 at the moment. I am pretty lean sitting around 190. My diet is spot on (when I want it to be). I work for an engineering company and sometimes it is difficult to keep up with the diet, but I never go out for fast food. I just pack some bread and sandwich stuff so I can make quick and easy meals while at work. I do that up to 3 days a week. My main problem is the drinking associated with a fun and young life. I have also credited the longer recovery times and joint pain to the drinking, but when I stop drinking (not an addict), my body still does the same thing.

I am an experienced lifter and have done plenty of cut and bulk cycles. I am a powerlifter. I am by no means looking to get to 8% BF. Right now I estimate it to be around 20% and I would like to get to about 12% because that is when I feel I look the best. It is a good balance of leanness and mass and looks well on me.

I've got a group of competitive bodybuilders along my side that will be monitoring me while on the cycle. Which will be a bunch of help.

It's bad juju to do this under 25. Your body is still primed on it's own. Be calorie defeincent, high protein, remove complex carbs, and dig deep. If you can't maintain 3 months of hard work on your own before a aid are you going to be able to do it with one if it gets harder? Dig deep, find your reason and most of all do it for you.

That being said good luck, just read more.

My body is not primed. I grew the most at age 16 (strength, size, height, maturation, etc). THAT was when my body and test production was top notch. I've been lifting for roughly 6 years and can maintain hard work.

Thanks for the luck wish. I have still not decided if I am going to run the cycle. Everyone is sticking to the under 25 rule. But everyone's bodies are different and I am telling you that I have an "older" body than most 25 year olds.

If you are having health issues at 20 aas is the last thing you need at an early age. Work the diet cardio route hard and hopefully it will get you on the right path. Your right about everyones bodies being different and its not impossible for you to already have low testosterone but if that is truely the case then you need to go consult a doctor and get his/her advise on the matter because trying to up your testosterone level on your iwn is only going to accelerate the problem.

I believe I will listen to you guys advice. I've learned that sometimes it's better to just say okay when speaking with the more experienced.

On a side note, how long is clen traceable in the blood/urine system?
