    First cycle using sus250

    Hey not sure why my last post worked but anyways I'll ask again lol. I'm a little confused as to how much sus I sould jab and how often . I've been told 1ml a week for 4 weeks then 1.5 for remaining but just want to get some more info on this and what you guys recommend for first timer. Also when people say take clomid 150-100-50 does it mean take 3 50mg tablets in one hit to make 150 or spread through out the day? Also should I be training 5 days a week straight away or can I stick to 3 days a week? Thanks

    I suggest you hold off and get a little more lifting, diet and aas experience under your belt. I always get concerned when people ask how often or how long they should train. This should be nailed down long before considering aas. Along w/a solid diet. Not trying to discourage, it will be all for not if those aren't dialed in.

    I know how long to train for when not on gear and Ive been training for 5 years an eatin good for 3 . So my question is when on gear should I be training 5 days a week ? Not asking for a lecture asking for correct advice . So telling me not to do it won't do me any good man because I'm going I do it and I want to do it properly so if you have any advice on my previous post id appreciate thanks man.
