    clen and light anabolic only cycle

    reading the sticky and i would like to do a clen cycle but omit the t3

    1.) 1 on 1 off or 2 on 2 off

    2.) anything else i would need?

    clen
    taurine
    eca
    winny or var
    stane
    PCT
    water
    green tea
    liver protection for oral

    Ill be running fasted cardio and 20 mins after weights. and dropping calories 1000 of current diet to 500 below maintenance.

    Are you using ECA and the Clen at the same time? I would stay away from that you don't want to give yourself a heart-attack. Usually individuals run AAS alongside when they're running T3 to prevent catabolism. I don't see a need in AI during this because Winstrol does not aromatize, not sure about Var since I have no experience with it but pretty sure it doesn't aromatize either.

    eca was to run in the off week(s) i know clen is anabolic on a very low note. is it unnecessary to run an anabolic with it to help losing to much muscle? since its clen only?

    and i was looking to go var over winny. correct i could omit the stane even with the var.. haha im just so use to throwing it into the mix.

    I see what you're doing with the ECA/Clen.

    It all depends on what you want to do, obviously AAS would help you gain strength and endurance during a caloric deficient diet. I wouldn't worry to much about burning muscle unless you're eating an extremely low calorie diet and not getting enough protein (this is not including the AAS.) If you threw AAS into the mix muscle loss would be non-existent. Regardless, your diet will be the most important factor.

    ECA or Clen both saturates the beta receptors. When you're off, just be off. I would say take the Clen over ECA. It's way more effective.

    should i just run the t3?

    i was thinking of omitting it cause i hear stories that your thyroid is fuc**d after running t3 so doesn't seem worth it? but these are hearsay gym rat babble in the gym?

    then again if i only wanna drop 5-6% bf is clen only sufficient? what minimum % of bf would u wanna target if you were to include t3?

    I wouldn't run T3 unless you're on some type of AAS. T3 messing up your thyroid permanently I think is hogwash unless you're running ridiculously high dosages for extended period of time. You're going to sacrifice to much muscle with the T3 and no AAS, especially in a caloric deficient.

    Just work with clen for now or even ECA if you're just starting off. Spot on diet is going to be the reason for losing BF, Clen is no magic pill.

    You can also run clen straight through. You just have to run keto each day with it also.

    spot on diet is very high protein, moderate carbs and limiting fats to just flax ? is 500 calories under maintenance a good number to roll with in terms of dieting down? as long as my cardio is spot on?

    im on trt at 150mg cyp a week. does this change anything?

    at the end of the 6 weeks, how does teh transition go? gradually up my calories or can i increase by 1000 and start growing again? or should i only work up to maintenance for awhile? any help on this would be very helpful and appreciated

    6wks straight is fine with ketotfin. Just increase clen 20mcgs each day until you get shakes or 120mcgs a day. Run keto at 1-3ml's each day. Diet should be on point and do cardio. Trt doesnt matter.

    Yes, but however long after that keto needs to be used. I wouldnt go londer then 2wks tho, the effects will be lessoned of the clen .
