Winstrol site pain

I pinned my thighs a week ago today and the site is still extremely sore .. It was my second time pinning in the thigh with WINSTROL (have injected sust in thigh before tho) the first time didn't last near this long in terms of pain as it did now .. It is almost unbearable to squat all the way down to the ground without any weight and to massage it also really hurts..I was running WINSTROL for a whole week and did injections in my delts glutes and thighs and didn't have any problem until I started my second round on each muscle... It isn't ready and it isn't swolen it just hurts a whole lot.. What can possibly be causing so much pain to last a week plus ? Is this normal?
