Aight for all you bro's whove used letrozole . Wuts it taste like it? Wuts its consistency like (oily? watery? cloudy?)? Does it make you neasueas? Vomit? Diarrehea? etc.

I assume you're talking about liquid letrozole .... it comes in tablet form as well.

You should not get any side effects at all from either form though.

The only problem with femara is that some experience a loss in sex drive.

Do you think that's because of extraordinarily low estrogen levels?

I know that femara can really crush estrogen levels to even much below what they would be when off cycle.

Yes I think that some feel it works to well. I haven't personally experienced sex drive with it yet but I am about to use it again so I will keep all updated.

Another possible side effect if you take to much as with most Anti E's, like femara/armidex is that it can make joints hurt, because the lack of estrogen needed to lubricate joints. Good stuff though I take it every day. Tastes kinda strong like a good shot of nyquil well the kind I have anyways.

One would think aromasin would be stronger than femara, but in practice people have said that femara does a much better job at controlling estrogen than aromasin, even though aromasin is a suicidal estrogen inhibitor.

Potential side effect you need to be most worried about is the negative impact anti-es have on lipid profile. Aromasin/nolvadex /proviron are the ones that have the least negative impact on lipids... femara and arimidex are the worst.

What do you think effect of 2.5 mg/ed of letrozole for anywhere between 12-24 weeks on an adolescent would have with the lipid profiles?

Well obviously you're too young- but if you've already made up your mind i would say there is no real way of knowing exactly how much of an impact femara would have on your lipid profile.. i mean a lot of it depends on your predisposition to high cholesterol and other genetic factors.

If i were taking femara with say test at 500mg EW i would take 1/2 tab EOD to start, which should be enough. And if not you can increase the dose.

Precise figures have never been established for steroid users taking superphysiological doses of test as far as i know. I'm just basing my opinion off of the experiences of those that i know who've used both.

well i have ben to a growth doctor.. aromison is a hel of alot stronger than arimidex and is supposed to block estrogen 99%

Another instance of medical theory and practice of the steroid user not coinciding...

Like i said- it would appear that aromasin SHOULD be the stronger estrogen inhibitor, but in practice, for us, femara is better.

I have seen many posts where people take aromasin and get gyno symptoms then take femara and they go away.

Im using an anti-aromatase because it prevents the closure of the growth plates by eliminating estrogen. Not to prevent gyno, althoguh im sure that'll be a positive benefit of its use

If your family has a history of heart attacks/high cholestrol/obesity or something like that, its more dangerous? (NO my family doesnt yay!)

Also, have you read that Letrozole supposedly increased IGF-1 lvls? Very interesting... Im not sure how accurate that is tho? Any comments?

If you have a history of high cholesterol then there maybe a possibility that its more dangerous. Not sure, thats the first time I've seen that question.

Yes, letrozole does increase IGF-1 levels as opposed to other anti-e's.

Just outta curiosity, any clue as to WHY letrozole increases IGF-1 lvls while others dont? Whats it do that the others dont I dont understand the biochemical interactions.
