Also i have read a couple threads on milk thistle and they said that it is actually harmful to take because the liver does not work hard enough on it is this true or should liver protection be used always when on cycle?

milk thistle never did anything for my liver. I had blood work that showed no change

I am asking because a couple years ago like four years ago actually i had done some damage to my body preparing for a fight and over training badly. it took some time to recover but i did recover as far as i know. my liver and kidneys took a pounding at that time in my life and im healthy now so just want to know what im dealing with if i use var.

I have found var to be less taxing on the liver compared to other orals (ie. winyy,dbol ,drol, etc)

But any oral will have an effect on the liver. It may be worse in some and not in others. Bloodwork is the best way to know

As for mil thistle, as others have said, it did nothing for me. I used it with dbol, had bloodwork, and discovered it did little to nothing for me

This is largely correct.

Though I'm not certain how much/why, certain injectables do increase liver enzymes. Tren does for many, and EQ has been shown to increase them in recent animal studies.

But any 17aa compound (whether oral or injectable) will indisputably raise liver enzymes.

Moderate doses of Test, Nandrolone , Masteron , etc should have little to no effect on the liver.
